This is a BASIC OVERNIGHT PARK with 30/50 AMP, working WIFI and CABLE TV, and easy PULL-THROUGH spaces.  This is a SATELLITE FRIENDLY RV Park. We are mostly an adult RV Park.  We do not have a pool, playground, game room, laundry, showers, or restrooms.  No pitch tents.  Since we are 2 Miles from the Main Interstate, there is Little Highway Noise.  For your information, the following RV parks in Tucumcari are closed: Kiva AOK RV Park/Historic Route 66 RV Park and Empty Saddle RV Park.  We are the historic RV Park and motor lodge next to Del's Restaurant and the Value Inn (see below for pictures relating to the Cactus Club from the early 1920s!).

Please note: We recommend Exit 332 for travelers on I-40 because McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Sonic, Subway, Lotaburger, Allsup's Gas, and the local hospital are all located at this exit.  It is a faster and better road, and also well-lit. 

People using GPS, do not turn on side street. Enter at our Main Neon Sign between the rows of evergreen trees and across from Dickinson Implement & the Palomino Motel.

We also honor PA , Escapees , Happy Camper .  If you belong to any of these clubs, you MUST CALL (575-461-2501).

We are mostly an adult RV park.  We are not a campground.

We give you a clean, quiet, secure place to park overnight.

bullet I-40 Going East or West: We recommend Exit 332 (McDonald's), Then North to Historic Route 66 - the next large Traffic Light (slightly over 1 mile), Right Turn at Historic Route 66 and then 0.7 mile, stay in Right Lane.  Slow to 20mph after NAPA Autoparts. Past Del's Restaurant to Cactus RV Park.  We're only 1/3/4 miles from McDonald's.   

Area Highlights:

Restaurant: Chinese food is available just 3 blocks away at the Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant.

Restaurant: Del's family restaurant has a great selection of American and Mexican food (check their online menu).

Restaurant: Kix on 66 Coffee Shop & Eatery is the perfect spot for breakfast (check their online menu)

Restuarant: La Cita Mexican Restaurant is 8/ tenths of a mile to our west.  Look for the Large Sombrero!

Grocery Store: The largest grocery store in town, Lowe's, is just 3/4 mile away.

Small Convenience Store (Circle K) within walking distance.

Full-service Laundromat just a few blocks away.

NAPA Auto Parts just 6 blocks away.

Play 9 holes at the Tucumcari Golf Course located about 5 miles to our west.
